Dedicated, hard-working ... seems to work around the clock

We have had a few real estate transactions and none have been as smooth as what we have experienced in working with Diane. I have never had such a dedicated, hard-working agent. She seems to work around the clock, responding to emails sent late at night and answering her phone first thing in the morning. Her breadth and depth of knowledge in the industry and in home construction, landscaping, and home maintenance is expansive. When we ask a question, she promptly seeks out an answer if she doesn’t already know it. Aside from being smart and dedicated, she truly wants her clients to be happy. She is very aware that real estate can involve big decisions and long-term consequences and is happy to work until you are satisfied- even though that means she puts in all those extra hours.
